Here we go. Day 1

Hello All,

And welcome to my blog recording our trip to Bavaria.  As you can see, we're are staying in three places - Munich, Berchtesgaden and Füssen with at least one day trip to nearby Salzburg.  We fly from Minneapolis to Reykjavik - have a 50 minute lay over (cross your fingers) and onto Munich.  Part of the fun of this plan was that we were planning a 7 hour layover in Iceland on the way home to make a visit back to the Blue Lagoon but alas, that flight was ultimately canceled.
